This project involved field verification of existing conditions at the Columbia Basin College “W” Building; and analysis of the existing New Horizons High School facilities for the purpose of creating a program for remodeling the “W” Building to satisfy the needs of New Horizons High School. We analyzed both facilities and recommended changes that brought the facility into compliance with current building, accessibility, and energy codes. This project modernized the entire 32,567 square foot building.
