This branch facility for GESA Federal Credit Union was constructed to serve a rapidly growing membership in Kennewick, Washington. This is just one example of several GESA Credit Union Projects CKJT has completed. The building consists of 5,160 square feet on the ground floor, housing credit union public functions, and a 1,160 square foot basement, housing the employees lounge, mechanical /electrical room and records storage.
The building was designed with a brick masonry exterior to project an image of solidarity, permanence, and security. A sloping metal roof was used to minimize maintenance. Since this branch was constructed, CKJT has completed, design through construction, branch offices in Pasco, West Richland, Wenatchee, and Walla Walla, Washington.
